🎉2026 Planning- A New Perspective
✨A new year's reset✨
January 1 is the perfect time to pick up healthier habits and adjust your lifestyle, but that doesn't need to be a dramatic overhaul. Just a chance to pause, reflect, and realign with what actually supports your body, mind, and life.
Instead of trying to completely change your life in a day, make smaller changes over time, and pick one non-negotiable goal. The smaller goals can make it more likely for you to stick to your New Year's resolutions.
The 3 R’s: ✨Reflect ✨Release ✨Realign
Use this framework as your soft reset
REFLECT
Notice patterns—not to judge, just to learn.
- When did I feel most energized?
- When did I feel rushed or disconnected?
RELEASE
Let go of what no longer fits.
- An expectation that feels heavy
- A habit rooted in “shoulds.”
- A pace that isn’t sustainable
REALIGN
Choose small supports that create momentum.
- One nourishing habit
- One boundary
- One practice that grounds your nervous system
🕯️ Daily Anchors - Pick 2–3 to return to put into daily practice:
EXAMPLES
- Water before caffeine
- Morning light or fresh air
- Protein at breakfast
- At least 5–10 minutes of movement daily
- 2 minutes of slow breathing
- Consistent evening wind-down
Consistency creates safety—for your nervous system and your life.
🛏️ Sleep as a Foundation (Not a Luxury)
Choose one sleep anchor to practice:
- Consistent bedtime window
- Dim lights after 8 pm
- Phone in another room at night
- Gentle stretch or breathwork before bed
- Writing a short “mind dump” before sleep
Better sleep = better decisions, energy, and resilience.
🏃♀️ Sustainable Movement
Choose what fits the season you’re in:
• 10–20 minute walks
• Strength 2–3x/week
• Stretching before bed
• Mobility or gentle yoga
The goal is feeling better after, not depleted.
Movement should support your life—not compete with it.
🌿 Gentle Support (Always food-first + check with your provider)
- Magnesium glycinate - supports nervous system regulation, muscle relaxation, and deeper sleep
- L-theanine – promotes calm focus and reduces stress reactivity without sedation
- Glycine – calming amino acid that supports sleep quality and nervous system ease
- Electrolytes – support hydration, energy, and stress resilience

💖 Intentional Joy
Create a short Joy List:
- Activities that feel grounding
- Moments that help you feel like yourself
- Small pleasures you want to protect
Schedule them. Treat them as essential.
Joy is not a reward—it’s nourishment.
