Weird question, I know. But honestly a lot of people aren't aware of the importance of pooping. (having regular bowel movements daily) is essential for your body’s health because it’s how your body removes waste products from digestion. Soooo..... Lets talk about it.

Your bowel movements are one of the most important daily detox pathways in the body. If your not eliminating regularly, your body may be absorbing toxins instead of removing them.

Have you ever noticed that when you don't poop regularily, you become more agitated and your overall health feels crummy??  Here are the main reasons it’s important:
